Mr Sepp Blatter, FIFA President visited Vientiane Laos on 16 March 2011 for the Groundbreaking Ceremony with the Laos Football Federation for the new FIFA Goal Project. Also in Attendance was Seara Sports Development Manager Mr Jan Van Paridon and Seara Sports Construction Supervisor Khun Thitiya Sarapak. Sports Engineering And Recreation Asia Ltd is the lead contractor for this project.
