HEART RATE CONTROL

The True Fitness 400 Elliptical Trainer includes both a digital contact heart rate monitoring system and a Polar® wireless telemetry system to help customers maintain their ideal heart rates and get the most out of their workouts.

Additionally, there is One Touch HRC Cruise Control™, which enables the user to “lock in” on a selected target heart rate. Once the objective is chosen, TRUE HRC Cruise Control™ (which functions similarly to the cruise control in your automobile) will automatically alter speed and incline during the course of the workout to maintain the preset heart rate.
