The Concept 2 Rower

The Concept 2 Rower provides one of the more comprehensive, full-body workouts of any fitness machine. Engineered to last a lifetime, it’s low impact enough for use in physical rehabilitation centers, and intensive enough for the world’s fittest athletes.

The powerful Performance Monitor connects via Bluetooth to a wide range of apps, including our own free app ErgData. ErgData allows you to set up workouts, take part in the Concept2 Workout of the Day, track and analyze your progress and more, including rowing with other members of the community on a virtual course. The RowErg built-in device holder, which is swiftly and simply adjustable and fits everything from small tablets to huge phones, makes this easier.

The Concept 2 Rower features

Features an innovative PM5 Performance Monitor, enhanced ergonomic handles, adjustable footrests, and a flywheel made for quiet operation. The RowErg has a standard 14′′ seat height and a stainless steel track with an aluminum I-beam monorail for a steady back-and-forth slide. After your workout is over, you can easily disassemble the rower into two parts for storage or utilize the provided caster wheels for simple transport. An optional, room-saving wall hanger is available from Rogue.
